I need to see if anyone know if the GDI tools can easily create a specialized pie chart. The angle that defines the pie slice is a straightfoward % of the total. But I then need to inside each slice have 3 concentric bands whose inner and outer radii are determined by a different % of a value for that slice.

.......|.......|...................| -- imagine this line of 3 bands swept around through 30% of the pie
...|.................|.............| -- and this line of 3 bands swept through the next 50% of the pie
.........|..|......................| -- and this line of 3 bands swept through the remaining 20% of the pie

so it's kind of like a pie and doughnut chart combined.
