You have to admire their enterprise. A very small boat hijacking sometimes very substantial freighters. Not an easy undertaking. And in a country which has regularly been "helped" by outside powers how else should these people survive. Face it William if you didn't live in a western country you might not be quite so firmly on your moral high horse.
