Yeah, here they have road signs such as a black horz. line with two upward bumps on it. Why don't they just have a sign that says"Uneven road surface"? Oh, wait a minute, they do have a plaque underneath that says just that.
One road sign I saw recently was just an exclamation point. And my journey was punctuated with lots of delays.
