There is what I consider a very clever sign in an (extremely) ritzy gated community in Wisconsin where one of Emily's friends lives. It looks exactly like any other speed limit sign, except it says the speed limit is 26 mph. The number not being a multiple of 5 is enough to get your attention and at least consider it, which is not what most people do in 25 mph zones.
