Hi all! I have been happily coding when all of a sudden I have encountered the error 2072. It occurs when changing a field value using a dropdown list box. The control is populated with a cursor created in the form's load. The control is bound to column 2 of the cursor (KV) and displays column 1. Browsing through the table works as expected, but try to add or edit and wham.

The form used is my standard data entry form I have been using and improving over the years. I must have "improved it" beyond my scope of experince yesterday because now I get the error. I understand error 2072 is a VFP9 fix to a dangerous situation previously allowed in earlier VFP versions.

Any thoughts?
