Mike, Mike, Mike. That's not unique to Tiger. Money/Power allows the privelaged class to have privelages we don't get to have. It's always been that way. That class of people are all one color - green. So, they will always be able to skirt the law, kinda like Ted "Killah" Kennedy and countless others.
