Seeeing the damage to the vehicle (pics on the morning news) - it was obvious there was one he%% of a crash considering this took place in a 'gated' community that probably has a speed limit of 20MPH or less. A commoner would be in for alcohol/drug screening, would face at least a couple of traffic violations, and due to the non-accident damage to the car would most certainly have had to explain the suspicious damage.
