Yes I think so. When I first started it I remember I found even the base declaration lines of XAML complex, now it looks natural to me. Maybe the eye gets used to where to look and you learn how to interpret it and also learn which parts you write using intellisense. VS2010 (not released but current has a "go live" license) editor OTOH is doing very well removing the need to Blend. Design first and then drag&drop data binding is something that I haven't seen before (even in VFP:). It is great that really 2 persons, one who is not a developer at all but artist, one who is not an artist at all but developer (like me I think) can work on same "form" etc. In summary to me it looks like it is learning from the past of other languages but moving ahead with a great acceleration.
