>I basically agree with Sergey that a clean install is best. But I will add that I did the upgrade on both my primary workstation and laptop and both are running great and at least appear faster and more responsive. I choose this because of the time time it takes to reinstall everything, and get new authentication for some of the third party controls I use.

Hi Kirk,
Are you able to run all your originally installed programs?
Say, I have Windows Vista and SQL Server 2008 Express, VS 2008 and VS 2010 Beta, VFP9 SP2 installed + Office 2007. I don't want to re-install everything again in case I upgrade. What should be my upgrade path then?
Thanks.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
