.Net IDE is so nice that when coding in VFP I feel its lack a lot:(

Yes, I use LinqPad a lot. It is addictive. It is an easy to use interactive C#, VB, SQL,eSQL editor:) I think it is even a tool for non-.Net coders to find out what a complex SQL might be (and frankly I learned some SQL server T-SQL from there which I wouldn't think of myself).

(and I have Albahari's book in hard cover in a distance that I can always reach - hep elimin altinda:)
