I prefer to write such queries using EXISTS operator

select EventsLog.PK 
	from TVM.dbo.EventsLog 
	where not exists (select 1 from tvm.dbo.FaultsLog WHERE EventsLog.PK = FaultsLog.fkEventsLog)

BTW, are there any records in the FaultsLog table?
