I have a grid that is used to add parts used in a service call.
It has a column called partno that i have added a combobox based on the partno from a table. When i enter a number (part no.) the column changes from the entered number to the actual Record Number of the matching table upon hitting enter and advancing to the next column. I cant figure out why this is happening. any ideas?

ControlSource = inv_parts.part_no
RowSource= parts.part_no
RowStyle= 6-Fields
Style = 0 - dropdown combo

any help in understanding what is happening here will be greatly appreciated!
