It was probably 1990 or 1991. Her article showed how to not only work without knowing the names, but also how to deal with not knowing the number of columns, and how to let the report use multiple page across, not just down (like a spreadsheet).

I don't think it's available online anywhere. You'd have to get a copy from someone who has one or from Nancy herself. FWIW, I think it was published in 1990. I went digging for it a few years ago for a client project.
