Thanks for hanging in with me but I think your original idea that the enabled property is affecting whether the ARCC or BRCC fires. I did not verify that the cells were changable. Since I cannot edit any value, the grid must disabled or readonly. I will work on that.
To be clear, if the grid is disabled or readonly, the ARCC or BRCC will not fire?
