http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-gb/products/2010/default.mspx#compare seems to show that, with VS2010, the full 'Team Foundation Server' will be included in the Professional version. Is that correct?

>If I'm not mistaken, that is the TFS Basic version which allows for single user (or maybe 5 like the old workgroup edition, not sure). But you can install it on the desktop (no server required - Win Vista or Win 7). I have it installed on my laptop for source control and works well.
Hmm. My current subscription is "Visual Studio Professional with MSDN Professional". On the VS2010 download list it shows up as a 90-day test version. None of the downloads are available in my current download list. But I thought I had some 'limited-user' version one of the monthly DVD's anyway. No indication on the link I originally posted that there was any difference in TS functionality between the different subscription levels either.
All in all, the MSDN web site is a bit of a mess - there just doen't seem to be any co-ordinated way to access information. Grrrr.
But I'd bet you are right in thinking the full TS won't be included in the Professional level sub,
Best,
