I find the navigation problem not caused by multiple teams, but with the constant reorganization of pages. Even book marked KB articles get moved. KB articles are one thing that you should always be able to find.

>The problem seems to be that there appears to be no central control over content. Various teams, departments etc are all posting overlapping content on the various products/technologies. Unless I've bookmarked a specific page I find it almost impossible to navigate to it again............
