VFP 6.0 is no different. Report preview is not edesigned to produce screen display information but to give the user a WYSIWYG look at a report beore they print it.

If you want to produce a screen display report use the form designer, that's what it is for. In VFP6 you can add scrollbars to a form so it really can do screen reports.
