I have a desktop app that unzips data into a data directory via the ZIP API functions in windows XP. It was working fine until yesterday.
The user is an administrative user on the XP machine. When they run the application, they get an error, that the file exists in the unzip routine and it goes down the toilet. If you log on as administrator on this machine, there is no error and it works fine.
So 2 questions?
1. What could have changed to cause it to fail?
and
2. Is there a way to force the unzip to ignore and write the files anyways?
TIA,
Mike
