>>>>>>Well, Tommy, I went to bed last night expecting to get up to a tempurature of 31 below (celcius) known as minus 31 here, but I was delightfully surprised. When I checked the tempurature, is was only minus 29 :) So, it's going to be a good day. I am looking for a seventeen pound Christmas Haggus and some haggus sauce to go with it, so I'll be smiling as I shop for it today. :))

>>>The Sacramento county received a light dusting for the first time since the mid-70s. We've had a couple other light snows but nothing that's actually stuck. I haven't seen any snow on the ground downtown but I did see some in the surrounding countryside on my way to work. At my home it snowed for about 40 minutes this morning but nothing stuck.

>>Ahhhhhhhh, You must hate that weather.

>Knowing that it would only last a couple days, I'd really enjoy it. My father has shown me pictures of a snowman he built in his backyard in his teens when the snow actually stuck once. So far that's a once in his lifetime photo. I'd like one of those for myself.

I saw somewhere online today that Sacto had a temperature reading of 20 degrees. Not sure if that was during the night (probably) but it's still pretty cold for there.

And it's all headed our way. The front edge of it is here already.
