In the properties sheet check class and classloc properties. If you open your form as a table, you can find them in Class and ClassLoc fields (don't try to alter them, just look).

Finally, if you want to get rid of that subclass, open the form in class browser and right click and chose re-define option. Do this after making a backup of the form.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
