If you go to the Menu Tools/Options and then Look at Forms tab - do you have something pre-set in the template? I think by default new form is supposed to be created from the base VFP class and it looks like your current form is not based on a special class. The form should be based on a class, but not on the Wizard form class.
Perhaps you need to watch some videos from Craig Boyd's website - say, check
