I don't dispute your comments. I only want to add that Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan was a German-educated Pakistani metallurgist and without him, there would have not been any nuclear arsenal in Pakistan. It was also German that provided Pakistan with vacuum pumps and gas purification equipment from Leybold Heraeus of Hanan, Germany as well as ; plus thousands of specially formed aluminum parts for the centrifuges. Wasn't it a German businessman who was convicted of smuggling a complete uranium hexafluoride manufacturing plant to Pakistan? The west shares a lot of the blame for war funding (aka defense support) around the globe.
