The folks who wrote the hyperterminal program for Win95 have an upgrade that may do what you need. I got it so that i could host data transfers to one of my clients.(It will answer the phone). I don't know if it can handle winNT RAS or not, but you can download a free trial version from www.hilgraeve.com.
