A new problem has come up with the format change in excel files with extension XLSM.

I have numerous programs running that import xls (converting them into a temp .dbf) and reading them from there into my VFP databases.
the new format however seems to break the rules - even if they are converted into xls, VFP does NOT recognize them as xls format

Are there any solutions out there i can use? or work-arounds?
