Tom Petty has stealthily become one of the classic American rockers, and along comes a 4 disc release that shows him in all his glory and growth. Normally you would expect something like this to cost $50 or more. Guess again --

The set is terrific. You hear from his early days, some interesting covers included, to the artist in full maturity. I like it a lot and suspect it will be stuck in my car CD player for a while.
