If only that would work in all cases, but we know it will not. Just look at every school, hospital, clinic, public building, road, or mosque that is built by contractors from U.S. money that is destroyed "by those organizations" shortly after. Some buildings have been rebuilt too many times to count only to be destroyed again.

There is no possibility that any organization from any western country could go in and build a school or hospital and it would still be unscathed 6 mths later.
