>How can I use my fox pro database files in VB.Net? Your assistance would be greatly appreicated.

Hi Winfred. You might check out the Using Sybase Advantage with VFP screencast I recently created, download the WMV at http://sybase.com/foxpro. Sybase Advantage can optionally use DBFs as the native data store, and there is a Sybase .NET Data Provider driver that can be used in .NET. I'll be doing another screencast soon to compliement the existing one that will go into more details in this scenario including using the Sybase extended reader object with the .NET Data Provider which can, when used with DBFs, allow you to lock records, navigate the DBF table from .NET record by record, do rich text search on memo fields, filter on Xbase expression functions, and more.
