I try to avoid any use of COM from .NET ( and vice versa) - both seem like clunky intermediate solutions :-}
I think I'll also avoid dynamics where ever possible - but I can see the usefullness.

On the whole I think the 'smaller' changes in .NET 4 will be more useful to me - e.g covariance (and may contra-variance but I haven't got my head around that properly yet)
