>Paraphrasing, he said, "Tiger and I have an arrangement. He doesn't concern himself with my marital situation and I don't concern myself with his. This arrangement seems to work well."
Exactly. Still, there's a sufficient number of people who prefer to live someone else's life, which keeps the celebrity industry afloat. My guess is that this was actually timed to divert the public attention from what's being discussed and signed in Copenhagen, despite the East Anglia fiasco. There was a case when a reporter was asking about it at a press conference, and after getting no answer and repeating his question a couple of times, he was escorted out by security (!).
>BTW, here is a phrase I love for you. "Best Before". As on the milk carton - "Best Before Jan 09 10". Does 'Best Before" really mean "Good Until"? Or is it really great until that date and only so-so afterward? Or should I be asking, "How long before Jan 09 10"?
I love the way they devalue the words. They are _all_ the best. None of them are just good, or slightly better than the average, no. Only the best.
