I have a friend who was over the Dallas, TX PD's horse patrol and he speaks very highly of the RCMP. Then again, cops are all fellow gangsters. I know I can go into any police station in the US, Canada, and most other places in the world and I will be treated like family. I guess it has something to do with shared hardships.
