Hi Victor.

The command history that appears when you start VFP is saved in the file named _command.prg and can be found in your user directory under Application Data\Microsoft\Visual FoxPro 9. If you just want to clear what you see straight away you can right click in the Command Window and choose Clear. It's mentioned in the help file in the Command Window topic, in the Persistence of Contents section.
