There seems to be an over-abundance of PHB short-sightedness in the corporate world lately. It seems to be a "cut off your nose to spite your face" kind of action to get rid of the people who truly know what's going on in favor of noobs who don't get paid as much.

Oh well, don't worry ... you'll find something. I haven't yet, but then I'm not really looking. Startups are more fun anyway. <g>
