The Inno Setup installer put the dlls in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\VFP folder like normal. I have copied the dlls to SysWOW64 to no avail. I have also copied the DLLs from the server just in case it is actualy corrupt. The same VFP9R.DLL works elswhere. Am I missing somthing. I am going to keep trying things, but figured I would check here to see if it's a common problem.
The safest way is to put the files in the application folder. Don't forget msvcr71.dll and GDIPlus.dll.
