Sorry, but did you compare final data set/cursor that you are getting before report form command? Are sets the same in 8 and in 9?

Other than that, is it possible to reproduce the behavior in simplest situation? Like create a final cursor, make a table from it, and then from VFP 8 and 9 command windows:

use this_table
report form ....

If so, then could you send to me table and report for reviewing?
