I should give you whatever disease I have, for as soon as I drink a little bit of alcohol I get a terrible headache within minutes, so I avoid it nowadays. Anyways, I do not know about these things, but if you only drank a little bit and were able to restrain, I guess that is good news, otherwise, you are not being hash to yourself at all.
