Sorry, David, I realized you meant the VFP controls and not the ActiveX ones almost as soon as I sent this. It did, however, give me an idea. There are a series of ActiveX controls (whose names begin with Microsoft Forms 2.0...) which are real, live windows. Perhaps he could substitute these. I haven't really had much time to play with them, but if they're usable for Robert's purposes they might provide him with a solution.
