I was wondering if anyone out there has experienced extremely poor perfomance upon moving VFP 5.0 code to 6.0. My application works extensively with Word 97 at the word basic level. The code had been working well under VFP 5.0a but upon recompiling it to run under 6.0 the word basic commands seem to suck the life out of Windows 95. By this I mean it quickly depletes the system resources to the point that WIN95 can not function. Incendently, the same VFP 6.0 program works flawlessly with NT4.0. My code creates the Word object with the standard CREATEOBJECT("Word.Basic") syntax and then proceeds to do a great number of .EditCut and .EditPaste's.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated or else, I guess, I now have my first WIN NT only product.
