I am having trouble with storing either bitmaps or jpg's to general fields. The code calls the getfile() function and then does an append general. Sometimes the picture is placed in the field. Other times I get a OLE error. And other times I get the picture back on the screen but only an icon for the file.

The append general line does not include the LINK command.
