Hi,
I want to remove a program (Clean Access Agent) (it is not a service) from the Startup. I run MSCONFIG on my XP Pro PC I see this program (Clean Access Agent) in the Startup folder. If I uncheck it from the Startup and then restart, the system starts by showing me the System Configuration Utility again. And therefore it forces me to have this program checked. Otherwise, I see System Configuration Utility every time I start up my PC.
