That is correct, Michael. I've realized that since I studied it under W. Cleon Skousen (See the book titled:
"The Five Thousand Year Leap") who taught the history of our country and taught how the founders of this country, all the way back to the Mayflower actually did try communism and it proved an utter failure. Once the pioneers or settlers were given property rights, they grew their own crops and had an abundance, whereas under communism there was a shortage.
