I used Google Translator which gave me the word "puntuacion" and then looked it up in the dictionary. I don't know if this is the word a Spaniard or a Hispanic would use in a colloquial speech when talking about "scoring" the game. Let's see if a native speaker will help us learn.
>Interesting, I've never heard "puntuacion" used for score in sports.. I've head "cuenta final" in central America. I usually hear "resultados" like in "resultados de hoy" I've never heard puntuacion (punctuation) used for sports scores, but hey, I don't hang out with the sports crowd :)
