Interesting. This sounds similar to the way I used to do things, with everything using default DSs (since everything ran from a single form, and the form depth was not deep).
I'm avoiding that now, both to experiment, and to reap the rewards of having each form entirely encapsulated. If nothing else, I've found it makes testing each form easier.
