How is this different than lets say the CIA operating in europe in secret prisons together with was practised there?

How is this different than not recognising the internation court in The Hague for wars of crime, to avoid american soldiers to be brought to trail for war crimes?

>You are eactly right. Obama, with a signature on a piece of paper and without legislative law, signs an executive order into law (an act which is actually unconstitutional because the Executive Branch does not make laws but ratifies the Legislative branch) allowing Interpol to come into the United States and its territories without any jurisdiction allowed over their actions. A United States court no longer has jurisdiction over things happening within its territories by Order of Obama; this is treason on this administration's part. If a police officer from Interpol kills Americans in his pursuit of "criminals", as he sees it, he is not at all held accountable and cannot be touched by our courts as they have no jurisdiction over these storm troopers, or as I call them, Gestapo. "Papers Please!"

>Once you read this, you will see that President Obama has reneged on his support of the United States Constitution, which he swore to uphold from all domestic and foreign threats; It appears that he is the threat to the United States Constitution by his actions and this particular executive order. He is NOT protecting the people of this country and is allowing our sovererignty to be intruded upon by foreign powers.

>>And what was that latest executive order? Something about impunity of foreign police units when operating in the US? That's downright scary if I heard it right.
