In an effort to equalize temperatures to help offset the effects of global warming and using NAFTA free trade documents as a guide, the United States of America has entered into an agreement with Canada to move toward even comfortable temperatures for the citizens of both countries. As a first effort Canada shall be sending it's current weather as a substitution for the conditions in a yet to be disclosed area of the United States. As a prerequisite to participation, Canada has specified warm dry air from the middle to southern areas of the continental United States to which President Obama has agreed. The President did ask for sunny weather which Canada is pleased to provide for most of the week: For that special area in the United States, here is the forecast for the coming week, not including wind chill values :

Tonight Cloudy. 60 percent chance of flurries early this evening and before morning. Low minus 29.
Sunday Cloudy. 60 percent chance of flurries in the morning. Clearing in the afternoon. High minus 14.
Sunday night Clear. Low minus 31.
Monday Sunny. High minus 18.
Tuesday Sunny. Low minus 23. High minus 16.
Wednesday Sunny. Low minus 21. High minus 15.
Thursday Sunny. Low minus 22. High minus 13.
Friday Sunny. Low minus 19. High minus 10.

We look foreward to tomorrows shipment of warmer dryer southern air.
