A couple of my friends who quit had remarkably similar experiences:
- First few days were tough
- Then they were OK for quite a while
- Then they hit another tough patch at around 3 months
- Then they were OK again for a while
- Then they hit another tough patch at around 6 months
- After they got through that, they were OK
Might have something to do with the half-life of chemicals in body fat or other parts of the body.
Do the girls smoke, or are they nagging you to quit? Or are you *all* quitting at the same time ;-)
