They're going OK. I started a new gig a few months ago that got me plunged headfirst into ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, javascript, JQuery, and NHibernate so I've been treading water trying to get them all down pat.>

It's overwhelming at times. But I got bored at my last job with all of the red tape and micro-managing and wanted a change, and I sure got it x 10. We're having a huge shortage of .NET developers in the area so we're a few people behind which makes it even more crazy. The ones we do interview aren't worth a darn.
