You are correct that my objective is to make WinForm look exactly as VFP form. And I agree that I can do it by trial-and-error. My question was if I can simply use the same Height/Width/Top/Left values from VFP forms to set them in WinForms. And from some of the tests I did last night it won't work. The size of form and controls are similar but not the same if you use the same values from VFP forms in WinForms.
