When you work with IDE tables can be placed somewhere and VFP stores the full path to them in DE.
That is why when you open form in IDE the form can find the tables.
When you build your application as stand alone EXE tables can be placed on different location and you maybe forgot to have SET PATH or SET DEFAULT to that location.
