I was going to ignore this, but ...

This guy is obviously insane. Just read what he says. Can his insanity be treated? I have no idea (though we're learning more and more about the brain all the time).

So, do I think we should let the guy walk the street? Not in his current condition. Should we look for a way to treat his mental illness? Of course.
