It was exactly the same under Bush, a trampling on the rights of American citizens. It is what it is, the same, no matter who the President is, it seems that each is taking more and more power to the central government and executive branch, which was certainly not intended by the founding fathers. In fact, it was the same under Carter, Reagan, and Clinton. More and more power being placed into the hands of the central government. This little thing called "execitive orders" is actually unconstitutional, since the executive branch is attempting to create law, which is the duty and responsibility of the legislative branch solely. None of these guys are Constitutional wizards and certainly not their people, but when it is brought up to them, I am sure they get angry and say, "It is only a #@&%$ piece of paper", as we heard Pres. Bush had stated in a cabinet meeting, when challenged on the Constitutionality of something he wanted to do, which was clearly outside of the powers he held.

>Trampling on the Bill of Rights? That's rich after the 8 years preceding Obama.
